Shipping & Policies


Thank you for checking out my store, I greatly appreciate it! As a customer myself I aim to always be fair and flexible within reason to trying to accommodate most requests. Below you will find my general shipping, return, and payment policies. Anything that falls outside of what's detailed below please feel free to message me and hopefully we can work something out that mutually beneficial. Thanks again!


All payments are made through the Etsy payment gateway. Items are not made and shipped until payments have been confirmed.


All orders currently are made to order, therefore typical turnaround time is usually 1-2 weeks. Order times can increase during busy season such as around the holidays.

Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority 2 Day Shipping.

Orders outside the United States are shipped via USPS International First Class Shipping.

Tracking Info is provided for both services. *international orders are only tracked through departure from U.S. customs*


You may return most new, items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply email us at richardanthonyclothing@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
